Waste Management Plan

Top Facilities work alongside the production team to ensure that our waste management plan is implemented along side theirs, we will ensure that waste bins are disposed of safely and that all bio degradable material is recycled.

When on set we estimate that the type of waste that will be disposed of will be :

• Food Waste- Leftovers from crew as well as kitchen.
• Textile- Waste used damaged clothing etc.
• Dry mixed recycling- cardboard, paper, some plastics and metal packaging such as cans.
• Wood Waste – props etc.
• Sanitary waste- bathroom waste.
• General waste

Everyday waste will need to be collected and removed from set, to help maintain a clean and hygienic work place,

Adequate bins have been supplied to cast & crew to ensure that the general waste can be separated from recycling materials

General waste shall be added to the waste skip provided by production, recyclable materials should be added to recyclable bins provided onsite by production once collected by facilities.

Sanitary waste is disposed of by Top Facilities North Ltd, each sanitary waste disposal is collected on a regular basis with adequate gully, using safe system equipment & PPE, once collected it is disposed of in line with SEPA guidelines at a SEPA approved plant within the general area of shoot.
