Environmental Policy Statement
Top Facilities recognises its environmental responsibilities under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and all relevant environmental legislation. We are committed to continuous improvement and to conducting our operations in a manner that minimises environmental impact.
Our activities, including the provision, operation and maintenance of generators, trailers and facilities equipment for our own and our customers’ use, are managed to reduce potential harm to the environment.
Our Commitments
We will:
- Conduct all activities in compliance with applicable legal, regulatory and company requirements
- Work with our customers to minimise pollution risks and continually improve environmental performance
- Reduce emissions and waste wherever possible
- Optimise energy efficiency across our operations
- Continuously improve the efficiency of the equipment we provide and operate
Actions Implemented
We have already taken the following steps:
- Upgraded trailers with energy-efficient appliances and LED lighting
- Supplied HVO fuel and low-emission generators
- Expanded the availability of energy-efficient and battery-powered generators
- Regularly updated our vehicle fleet to meet ULEZ standards
- Introduced Eco Pods to support improved waste separation and recycling
How We Achieve Our Objectives
We will meet our environmental goals by:
- Developing programmes and procedures to manage environmental risks
- Assessing environmental impacts associated with our activities
- Providing environmental awareness training to staff, focusing on waste control and energy efficiency
- Maintaining records to demonstrate compliance and continuous improvement
- Working with subcontractors and suppliers who operate in accordance with recognised environmental standards
